Growing up an athlete I was always drawn towards physical activity. From basketball to weightlifting to my love for football. After attempting to make to the NFL I began training and coaching other briefly before becoming a full-time chef. 

Yet that love for fitness never left me. Aside from my own workout routine and my partnership with Gold's Gym as an Ambassador I love sharing my tips and tricks that help me stay fit via my social media @chefrorosworld
