Cold Runnings

It's been a cold winter. From the chilly government shutdown to the freezing temperatures, it has been a rough winter. Most food trucks shutdown for the winter. I love what I do, so I want to do it as often as I can, while I still can. I'm stubborn towards my profession. I am in love with my passion.

I don't care if it rains

If my truck can move bad weather doesn't bother me.

I went to every gig and ran every lunch run on the books this winter. If it rained, I set up a stand inside to take orders. If it snowed, I would strap on my boots and walk every single order from the truck to each customer. If it was freezing cold, I just made sure I wore my thick socks. The grind is not seasonal, it's mental. If the weather is not in your favor then adapt. Think outside the box. Let your competition kick their feet up to Netflix and Uber Eats while you improve your business. Better your customer relations. Create more creative ways of creating progress and growth in your life and in your work.
